General
From here on, the list will refer to me as "the artist" and you as "the client"
The client is strongly encouraged to read through the TOS before commissioning.
Upon purchases of any of my services, the client has automatically accepted the artist's Terms and Conditions and are obligated to follow them.
If the client infringed the TOS, all rights of the commissioned work will be retracted.
Payment & Refund
Payments must be made in FULL upon confirmation of sketch before rendering stage will begin.
If the artist cancels the commission during the early phases (sketch / rough color), a full refund will be issued to the client.
If the client requests a refund halfway through the commission (during rendering phase), a full refund will not be issued due to unfair cancellation. A percentage of the payment will be returned based on completion percentage of the artwork.
Work Process
Phases : Request & Inquiry, Sketch, Rough Color, Render, Finalization.
The client makes a request with more details being preferred.
The artist will provide a price estimate and inquire for more information if needed.
The client can make the payment to confirm their queue position.
The artist will send the client a sketch through VGen message or other methods if requested (twitter, discord, etc.)
Once sketch is approved, the artist will continue into the next phase upon confirmation of payment.
Delay due to lack to reply may lead to another client overtaking their position in queue.
Revisions should be made at the start of each phase to facilitate a smooth work process. The client may only ask for big changes during Sketch and Rough Color phases or additional fees will be incurred.
Final delivery, commission completed.
GENERAL USE
Credit to the artist is required for the usage of the commissioned work.Commissioned work is for personal use only.
The client reserves rights to their own character but not the commissioned work as their own.
The client is not allowed to make profit using the commissioned work in any form (eg, merchandise, resale, subscription, etc) unless they have purchased the commercial rights.
The client not allowed to resell the commissioned work to other parties unless client purchased FULL COMMERCIAL rights for the commission.Do not use the commissioned artwork for AI training.
Turning the artwork into NFT or for NFT use is strictly prohibited.
COMMERCIAL USE
BASIC Commercial (2x original price) : for Content use/ Promotional use/ Memberships/ Subscription use/ Song Cover
FULL Commercial (3x original price) : for Content use/ Promotional use/ Memberships/ Subscription use/ Song Cover/ Merchandise/ ads / resale
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The artist reserves all rights to the product/ commissioned work.
The artist have the right to publish the artwork on my social media and use it in his portfolio unless the client would like to keep it as NDA (privacy fee will be charged unless FULL COMMERCIAL right is purchased).
